Community Health Clinic 
Community health clinic for children ages newborn – 20, most of whom participate in Catholic Charities' Children's Services Division through Northside Child Development Center, Hope Street for Homeless and Runaway Youth or St. Joseph’s Home for Children Central Intake, Emergency Shelter and Day and Residential Treatment programs.
Services:
- Direct health care to children, including immunizations and screenings
- Health and injury consultation
- Health-related information for children, guardians and staff
- Well-child and well-teen check-ups
- Developmental screenings
- Mental health screenings
- Dentistry and optometry referrals
- Pediatricians and nurse practicioners onsite in conjunction with the University of Minnesota
Responsibilities / Fees:
- County contracts
- Private health insurance
- Medicaid
- Charitable care based on availability
Hours: Daily, 24 hours Registered nurses are onsite 17 hours a weekday and 14 hours each weekend day and on call 24 hours a day.
