Permanent housing for late-stage chronic alcoholics in Hennepin County with repeated admissions to detoxification centers and a history of failure in traditional chemical dependency treatment programs. At least 75% of residents have mental health issues that contribute to the cycle of alcoholism.

- Large portion of rent can be subsidized
