    Administrative Volunteer

  • Assist with special administrative projects. Create and maintain databases, assist with mailings and file client cases. Available at multiple sites throughout Twin Cities.

    Front Desk Worker

  • Answer telephones, greet clients, create files for new residents and make rounds at a residential shelter. Glenwood Residence and Evergreen Residence, Minneapolis

    Activities Programmer/Teacher

  •  Help coordinate activities, serve as a field trip aide, facilitate group mentoring or read stories to children. Family Service Center, Maplewood

  • Assist teachers with classroom activities for infants and children up to 12 years old by working in groups or one-on-one. Northside Child Development Center, Minneapolis

  • Serve as a friend by providing support and assistance to an individual child or a group of no more than 12 children in a staff-supervised dormitory setting. Children range in age from 7 - 12 years or 13 -17 years of age. Holiday Service
    Giving Tree

  • Help staff a booth at the Mall of America between Nov. 27 and Dec. 20. Shoppers choose ornaments, which display the holiday gift requests of our clients, shop and return the gift to the Giving Tree booth. 

    Sponsor A Family

  • Volunteer to be a sponsor or help with gift collection and distribution for this holiday program that matches families with donors to provide gifts for the holiday season. Sponsor A Family.
