- Case management of newly arrived refugees coming through United States Conference of Catholic Bishops (USCCB)
- Assistance with paperwork for family reunification of eligible refugees and asylees
- Assistance with immigration forms and processes
- Coordinate community support for providing basic household goods for newly arrived refugees

Basic immigration services to low income individuals at minimal cost; staff are accredited by the federal Board of Immigration Appeals
