Kevin has spent more than 15 years working with children with behavioral and emotional issues. He has worked as a therapist in residential programs, outpatient clinics and community-based programs. He has also worked with children who have acted out sexually. His experience will help parents and children through the admissions and placement process.




Dawn Petroskas
Health Services Manager

Dawn Petroskas serves as the Health Services Manager for Catholic Charities. She has extensive experience providing nursing care to homeless and other vulnerable populations both locally and internationally. She is also currently finishing up her doctorate at the University of Minnesota, where she has been researching the impact of housing on the health of those without a home for the past four years.
