Hope Street Outreach helps homeless teens and young adults ages 12 - 21 by providing them with basic needs and referring them to places of safety and support. Outreach workers go into the community and offer youth food, clothing, hygiene supplies, transportation assistance and referrals to emergency shelters and community resources. Staff provide case management, resource acquisition and crisis management.
